The Finance Committee oversees the financial matters of the NDLTD, ensuring that policies and fiscal planning activities are undertaken to support the stability and financial health of the organization.  The Committee oversees matters related to income, expenditures, and investments and reviews and prepares the annual budget.  The Finance Committee also examines requests for funding before taking recommendations to the Board and oversees external auditors and their reports.
