Brazilian National Consortium – BDTD – Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações includes 110; 285,000+ metadata records (M – 173,000+ and D – 111,000+). BDTD is undergoing changes and the new version will be available by the end of June. Accepted metadata models for harvesting – mtd-br, mtd2-br, mtd3-br (qualified DC with additional elements for ETDs), METS, RDF and OAI-DC; SW products – VUFind, REPOX and a product developed by LA Referência. Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro assigns DOIs to ETDs and started making Research Data available that was used for ETDs – the first two sets were published in June 2015 and are related to a MSc work (a RDM module was added to the Maxwell System).
